The Quartermaster (QM) store provides shirts, badges, shoulder knots, and other supplies in support of the Canadian Traditional Scouting Association's programs.
Items may be shipped by Canada Post or Purolator, or picked up in Kitchener, Ontario.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP?
Unless marked otherwise in the description, regular priced items are returnable. Sale/discontinued items are final sale. Please contact
quartermaster@traditionalscouting.ca if you wish to make a return.
HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?
In stock items should be ready for shipping/pick-up within 10 business days. Special order, custom, back ordered, and uniforms may take longer.
Payment can be made by either cheque (in Canadian funds) or e-transfer. Details will be provided with your invoice. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards at this time.

UPDATED POLICIES
1. To improve the ordering process and to reduce errors the following 3 policies are being implemented:

Orders will not be held and consolidated. Orders will be processed as they are received.

Uniforms, awards and badges are to be ordered at the group level not by individual families.

We will continue to process uniform orders for Explorers and up monthly on the last day of the month.​
2. To improve the security and stewardship of our equipment and program materials, all Quartermaster inventory has been moved to off‑site insured storage. As a result, the order processing timeline for most in-stock items is now 10 business days. Special order, custom, back ordered, and uniforms may take longer.
This change ensures that items are stored safely, tracked accurately, and handled with greater consistency. While processing may take slightly longer, fulfillment quality and inventory protection are significantly improved.
